Care Farm Administrator – Lakeside

Reports to: Assistant Manager & SENCo
Salary: £10,718 – £10,969 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent Term time (40 weeks)
Hours: 20 hours per week (09:00-13:00 Monday to Friday)
Based at: Lakeside Care Farm, Lower Moor Nature Reserve, near Oaksey

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is a leading conservation charity in the UK and has an excellent

through engagement with the natural environment. This work is the basis of our alternative
education provision and has proved successful and popular with a wide range of commissioners,
students and their carers. Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced administrator with an
eye for detail at Lakeside Care Farm near Oaksey. Whilst not directly working with them, an
awareness of children and young people with complex needs, poor mental health and/or behaviours
that challenge is essential.

Working alongside the Care Farms’ Manager, Assistant Managers and our experienced staff team,
the post holder will be responsible for the administrative duties that are essential for the
day to day running of the Care Farm, such as the upkeep of all student attendance and
record-keeping. Where appropriate, the post holder will also act as triage for general queries
from staff, and will work closely with colleagues to ensure cross-site consistency. The Care
Farm Administrator will work closely with the Head of Care Farms to support them with keeping
all policies, procedures, risk assessments, invoicing and databases up to date.
