Job OverviewWe are looking for a Cash Applications Analyst that will be responsible for applying payments timely and accurately to customer accounts. In addition, this role will require identifying payment discrepancies, post back to customer account payment differences .Responsibilities:Posting and allocation of incoming payments (60%)Direct Debiting End to End Process (8%)Credit card reconciliation process end to end (5%)Cheque and Bill of Exchange End to End process (5%)Query handling (15%)Reconciliation incoming cash in transit accounts (5%)Sox Controls (2%)Knowledge, Skills and Experience:No prior experience necessaryFinance and Accounting field of study required.Data entry skills.Attention to details with accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency level of English or SpanishWhat we offer:Hybrid work (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance and more“At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
