We’re currently looking for a Driver Trainer to join our International Timber / Stark team here in Grangemouth. You will be responsible for supporting, developing and administering all areas of driver development training.

The role will be incorporated within a driver’s role operating Monday to Friday but taken off the road as and when required, some flexibility to operate on different shift patterns is essential. In return we will be offering a competative hourly rate of £15.15 per hour based on 50 hours per week.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

-Full Training will be given.
-Deliver required training and support site with their on-going training requirements.
-Delivering goods to stores throughout Scotland and into the North East of the UK.
-Deliver on-going CPC courses to our Driver workforce
-Keeping accurate records of training and compliance
-Carrying out risk assessment and ensuring that safe driving practices are forefront
 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

-HGV C+E Class 1 licence
-H&S awareness.
-Good Communication skills along with the willingness to learn and develop your presentation skills.
