We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented CATEGORY MANAGER to join the Offer & Retail Marketing Team. The Category Manager will be responsible for driving brands/category performance through strategic planning, product selection, pricing, promotions, trade marketing and commercial action. This role requires a deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics. The Category Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from Balkans and Greece, to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with business goals.

Necessary conditions for applying:

-Minimum 2 years experience on a  management position;
-Experience in omnichannel retail
-Budgeting and P&L management
-Planning and organizing skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
-Successfully worked with cross functional teams
 

Main responsibilities:

-Develop and execute annual commercial and marketing plan activities,
-Management of the stock, purchasing, sales and promotions of the products
-Securing partnership with brands and business groups
-Manage short and long term strategy needs of the product/brand portfolio
-Understanding of portfolio in context of company, customer, and competition 
-Analyze the potential of the launch of new products, making recommendations based on sales and profit analysis.
-In close cooperation with E-store, identify trade needs/ opportunities; develop pricing and commercial strategies in digital e-retail
