This is a high-impact role focused primarily on process optimization and automation within procurement functions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic sourcing expertise and a forward-thinking approach to operational efficiency.Project information:

• Location: 100% remote (Poland) with occasional travels to Saudi Arabia
• Languages: English
• Type of employment: contract of employment or B2B contract
• Remuneration: 30 000 – 35 000 PLN gross UoP or 2000 PLN net per day B2B

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement and category management initiatives across multiple markets, with a strong emphasis on process streamlining and automation
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation and contract efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance procurement frameworks
• Develop and implement digital procurement tools and strategies
• Deliver measurable improvements in procurement performance and compliance
• Support change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions during process changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement/category management, preferably in a consulting or multinational environment
• Strong background in process optimization and automation technologies (e.g. RPA, digital procurement platforms)
• Ability to manage complex projects across different geographies, including occasional travels to Saudi Arabia
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English
