Our campus is currently being transformed into an “Iconic Cool Campus” that sparks creativity, facilitates collaboration, allows for a varied workday and supports flexible ways of working.You will be a part of a Global Procurement team working closely with stakeholders across all departments & geographies and liaising with travel suppliers globally.Key responsibilities

• Support our organisation’s travel needs for us to serve our customers.
• Lead the Global Hotels and Meetings & Events category for Maersk
• Build a robust Meetings & Events program and Hotel program
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and share guidance regarding Maersk’s Travel Management setup and policies
• Collaborate with Travel Management companies and develop solutions to ensure smooth & innovative travel operations
• Further digitise & enhance the Travel program
• Manage a complex stakeholder matrix across different organisations

• You have at least 5-10 years of experience from a larger enterprise organisation, with deep knowledge of Procurement and Global Travel Management.
• Have experience in managing the Hotel and/or Meetings & Events category globally
• Enjoy working in the travel industry and are interested in networking with industry peers
• Are capable of getting stakeholder buy-in and alignment to standard processes and best practice
• Are a team player with experience in working in global teams
• Have a structured approach to work and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Have strong project management experience
• Have proven analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Are a self-starter and capable of working independently
• Have the ability to influence without authority and strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all organizational levels
• Have demonstrated experience in successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
• Are international in your mind-set supported by high level of proficiency and confidence in spoken and written English
