Key Responsibilities
As a Catering Assistant, you will:

• Prepare and serve meals that meet individual patient dietary requirements.
• Deliver food to wards, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Follow HACCP procedures and infection control policies at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and stock management.
• Support waste management and recycling initiatives in line with healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of catering experience, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume setting
• Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance
• Five years of work references
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to hygiene and infection control standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays when required
• A full driving licence is desirable for ease of access to the location
