We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Independent & Private Schools. As a Catering Manager you’ll: Ensure financial aspects of the catering operation are managed within the client’s agreed guidelines. Deliver Sodexo’s Fresh Food from Scratch food offer and innovate with themed events and student engagement. Recruit, train, and lead a team, ensuring development, performance, and engagement. Manage compliance with Sodexo policies including Health & Safety and financial control systems like Right Time and DRIVE. What we’re looking for: Minimum 2-3 years of leadership and supervisory experience. HND or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications are an advantage. Strong financial acumen and front-of-house presence. Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and organisational skills.
