Within the DI Department, we are looking for an Innovation Director on Color Expertise

Type of contract: CDI

Location : Clichy

Your main missions:

1 – Lead and animate the innovation ecosystem on Color Categories

• Ensure project lead on Color roadmaps in close collaboration with Color Science, Augmented Beauty, Packaging & Evaluation teams
• Timeline management to ensure projects advancement for innoSAM & PIPE
• Spot & digest market shifts on Color to help refine innovation positioning
• Close collaboration with other Innovation Directors and CMI teams to leverage consumer insights to ensure consumer-centricity : sharpen innovation angles, clarify target consumer

2 – Amplify Color innovations for innoSAM / PIPE meetings

• Define clear angles & positioning for Color projects : develop consumer-centric and disruptive concepts, USP & naming
• Ensure best to market angle for each technology through a 360° approach : valorization angles, content, consumer insights, packaging
• Define valorization angles for each project (claims, performance, crash tests…)
• Develop video content briefs for the creative agency and supervise content creation
• Develop packaging briefs for the Packaging / UX Design team
• Lead PIPE showroom organization on Color projects
• Lead organization of the Inno Pro Incubator on Color

You are : 

• Master’s degree in Marketing
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ marketing industry experience
• Good understanding of Beauty market
• Prior experience in Marketing Development in cosmetics companies
• Knows how to manage complexity and matrix organisations
• Exposure to international organization with proven communication skills
• Hands-on professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, changing environment
• Collaborative skills
• Rigor and structure as well as creativity and innovation skills
