CDI – FP&A Analyst Categories & Channels – (M/W)

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst Categories & Channels to join our Global Company Controlling team, the position is based in Paris (75) starting in June 2024. In this position, you will report to Matheus Arbex, Reporting Manager. You will support the Company Controlling team in co-piloting financial performance through recommendations and information on performance and category monitoring.

Your main responsibilities will focus on two divisions FP&A Performance Category and FP&A Customers & Channels through:

• FP&A role for Category Performance reporting: ensure the “end to end” reporting process for the Category Performance team:
• manage instructions and communications related to topline financial reporting Categories, Brands, Customers, Channels and A&P,
• be the SPOC towards the various financial stakeholders
• create, maintain and improve the control files and be the guardian of MasterData
• ensure the deliverability of all monthly analyses at D+8 and D+10
• FP&A Animation for the Customers & Channels:
• Develop consolidated overviews for the Customers & Channels scope (strategic P&L by geography, brand, categories)
• Be the Customers & Channels report owner in the Reporting Factory tools (Power BI) ansd ensure the framing of financial data, development of dashboards
• Support overall sales performance through ad hoc analysis and recommendations

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• Higher education Master (Bac+5 or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance or Business Administration
• Desired experience: at least 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of performance management and project management
• Expertise in Excel (also VBA), PowerBI is necessary, knowledge of SAP will be beneficial
