We are looking for a Global HR Project Manager to join our Global Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) & Wellbeing team.

This CDI will take place in Paris, in our head office.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to promote and enhance employee well-being on a global scale within Danone and to create an equitable, inclusive and collaborative culture at Danone

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Co-lead the execution of an integrated, company-wide DEI roadmap that supports the achievement of business goals,
  • Lead and drive a network DEI local leaders to execute global & local roadmaps,
  • Work with the Learning team to build DEI learning programs to be implemented worldwide,
  • Work with the Communications team to establish a clear communication framework, structures and channels to promote DEI internally and externally,
  • Work with Sustainability team to establish internal and external tracking methodologies such as Danone Way, Bloomberg Index, Equileap and others,
  • Be a vocal point of DEI internally & externally.
  • Well-being
  • Co-design and implement well-being programs and initiatives across different regions and locations to address the identified needs,
  • Establish policies and guidelines related to employee well-being, such as work-life balance, mental health support, physical fitness, nutrition, and stress management,
  • Develop communication strategies to raise awareness and promote well-being initiatives among employees at all levels,
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee well-being.

  • You have over 5 years of successful experience in
  • managing global / multi-country projects with a strategic consulting approach,
  • influencing teams without a hierarchical link and working in highly matrixed environments,
  • change management projects, with focus on culture and communication.
  • You show :
  • Well-being expertise preferably,
  • solution focus, goal orientation and pragmatism,
  • creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, learning agility,
  • Excellent communication & engagement skills.
  • You are able to:
  • Conceptualize ideas in effective and powerful presentations,
  • Influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders,
  • Connect with local teams and develop positive relationships while collaborating and combining global and local approach,
  • Create learning materials to build inclusive leadership skills for employees.
