-Launch and relevant, optimized Management of Media Campaigns in Europe

-Define and deploy “full funnel” media strategies (from awareness to conversion) for partner trendy beauty Brands across all European markets.
-This includes designing strategic briefs, establishing measurable KPIs, and coordinating with media agencies, all while adhering to Sephora’s guidelines.
-Collaborate closely with Sephora’s internal (advertising, marketing, social media, legal) and local teams to ensure 360° media consistency within each Brand’s global marketing strategy.
-Establish a relationship of trust and advice with partner Brands, co-construct annual briefs, recommend relevant and innovative media plans, and follow campaigns through post-campaign reviews.
 

-Full-Funnel Mediaplanning and Innovation Expertise

-Design integrated media plans covering the entire marketing funnel, combining paid media, paid influence, and partnerships.
-Develop and oversee “Paid Influence” strategies in collaboration with involved teams, by selecting relevant influencers, defining objectives, and measuring their impact.
-Ensure constant technological and sectoral watch with media agencies, and proactively integrate media innovations (e.g., new digital formats, generative AI) into strategies.
 

-Support and Operational Coordination

-Ensure optimized visibility of partner Brands’ media activations with Sephora’s Offer and Brand Marketing teams and actively contribute to the creation of internal reports.
-Participate in a centralized calendar of regional media campaigns and ensure compliance with guidelines as well as the adoption of central tools by all stakeholders (agencies and Sephora teams).
-Conduct rigorous budget monitoring of media expenditures and manage the planning of each campaign, from the brief to the delivery of creative assets and the follow-up of paid influence.
 

-Effective Collaboration with Media Agencies

-Lead the daily relationship with partner media agencies, defining objectives, evaluating their performance, and overseeing the optimization of media plans.
-Actively challenge their proposals, analyze results, and identify areas for continuous improvement to maximize the return on investment of campaigns.
 

-Measurement, Analysis, and Sharing of Media Effectiveness

-Conduct in-depth performance analyses of campaigns across the entire funnel, using analytics tools as well as agency reports.
-Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reviews, including actionable recommendations for partner Brands and Sephora’s internal teams.
-Perform regular benchmarking and infuse best practices and key learnings within the teams.

-Master’s degree in marketing or communication.
-8–10 years of experience in a media agency, retailer, pure player, or digital advertiser, with strong exposure to Branding, paid influence, and digital performance.
-Proven expertise in full-funnel media with a KPI- and ROI-driven approach.
-Solid knowledge of paid influence and significant experience in strategy and coordination of campaigns at a European scale.
-Strong understanding of Brand image, online/offline media buying, and performance indicators.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Autonomous, proactive, and capable of handling unexpected challenges effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
-Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical mindset, business-oriented, and results-driven.
-Adaptable to different contexts and profiles, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

-Participer activement à la définition et à l’implémentation de stratégies media pour des Marques de beauté partenaires parmi les plus tendances en Europe.
-Infuser votre expertise en média full funnel payant à travers une diversité de problématiques stimulantes et enrichissantes, avec une approche orientée KPIs.
-Orchestrer des activations media dans une approche full funnel, avec une expertise renforcée sur la performance et la paid influence.
-Intégrer une équipe dynamique et multiculturelle, en interaction constante avec les différents métiers internes, pour répondre aux stratégies marketing 360°

Vos missions principales :

-Lancement et Gestion pertinente et optimisée des Campagnes Média en Europe

-Définir et déployer des stratégies média “full funnel” (de l’awareness/notoriété à la conversion) pour les Marques partenaires beauté sur l’ensemble des marchés européens.
-Cela inclut la conception de briefs stratégiques, l’établissement de KPIs mesurables et la coordination avec les agences média, tout en respectant les guidelines de Sephora.
-Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (publicité, marketing, social media, juridique) et locales de Sephora pour assurer une cohérence média 360° au sein de la stratégie marketing globale de chaque Marque.
-Établir une relation de confiance et de conseil avec les Marques partenaires, co-construire les briefs annuels, recommander des plans média pertinents et innovants, et suivre les campagnes jusqu’aux bilans post-campagne.
 

-Expertise en Mediaplanning Full Funnel et Innovation

-Concevoir des plans média intégrés couvrant l’intégralité du funnel marketing, combinant leviers payants (Paid Media), influence payante (Paid Influence) et partenariats.
-Développer et superviser les stratégies de “Paid Influence” en collaboration avec les équipes impliquées, en sélectionnant les influenceurs pertinents, définissant les objectifs et mesurant leur impact.
-Assurer une veille technologique et sectorielle constante avec les agences média, et intégrer proactivement des innovations media (ex: nouveaux formats digitaux, IA générative) dans les stratégies.
 

-Support et Coordination Opérationnelle
