Job description :

Within the Investment Accounting department, you will report to the Head of the Company Accounting &Onboarding South West Europe division, you will be in charge of the accounting management of a portfolioof companies for which we produce quarterly accounts under Local and IFRS standards.

This will include:

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and managing independently a portfolio of French or foreign companies holding realestate investments(buildings, funds)
• Preparing the financial statements and reports under IFRS / local GAAP / Solvency II of the companiesin the context of quarterly and annual financial statements and in strict compliance with the deadlines of Allianz SE Group
• Guarantee the tax obligations of your companies
• Steering, controlling and ensuring the quality of the work provided by our local and/or foreign externalservice providers
• Carrying out controls to comply with the rules of internal accounting control
• Responding to internal and external requests (auditors, shareholder, AZ Group Departments …)
• Participating in IT projects, process improvements and setting-up of new accounting rules and schemes.

Key Requirements :

With a BAC+5 type Master CCA/DSCG training, you have a first professional experience in theaccounting department of an International Group or an audit firm

• Good knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG) and IFRS, supplemented by taxation andFrench company law
• You have an ERP, ideally SAP FI, SAP ECCS and MS Office knowledge/experience
• Your level of English is very good that means you can actively participate in English-languageconversations
• You can easily communicate with your internal and external contacts
• You perceive innovative questions as motivating challenges that you approach actively with curiosity
• Team spirit, customer orientation, high commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• You are rigorous, autonomous and goal-oriented.
