The role of Change and Training Manager is crucial to drive successful change by managing people impact, delivering clear strategies, and designing training that equips employees with the skills and knowledge to adopt new S&R Digital initiatives and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Change and Training Manager will be the owner of the Change Management Strategy and Training Management Strategy for all S&R Digital projects and initiatives.
