The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionAs change and transformation manager (m/f/d) – DEI you are responsible for interventions to change and strengthen the leadership culture along DT’s guiding principles and leadership anchors to shape and design future leadership at Deutsche Telekom. You will be designing global programs and interventions, consulting senior management and are responsible for stakeholder engagement on senior management level.

  • You implement and steer the accompanying change management, including diversity, for strategy programs
  • You collect, analyze and visually display internal and external data, eg out of surveys or trend radars, formulate problem statement and derive relevant proposals for cultural change programs and interventions
  • You create business cases and proposals for top management decisions as well as presentations for committees/bodies
  • You plan, design, and implement a change strategy and architecture, including the change story and specific change interventions on global level
  • You continually improve a change tool kit and sustain interventions by adaption of processes and structures and collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams
  • You design and implement the transformation processes
  • You advise management and support high-level initiatives to improve the leadership culture
  • You plan and coordinate the launches/adjustments of change initiatives, steer service providers and devise and implement communications concepts/measures
  • You design and facilitate training courses and workshops
  • You network internally and externally. You foster and are involved with relevant communities for change, eg learning communities, diversity communities etc
  • You plan/monitor budgets for the assigned initiatives; approve budgets in the scope of the planned budget and ensure quality and cost effectiveness, including commercially optimizing the assigned initiatives
  • You manage and account for strategically aligned projects

Qualifications

  • Broad experience in classical project management and agile ways of working and collaboration.
  • Senior experience in managing strategic / group wide projects on global level
  • Sound understanding of group strategy and knowledge of key telco trends
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in change product design preferably with a specification in diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Analytical thinking and sound skills in collection of qualitative and quantitative data, diagnostics, analysis as well as data visualization in cockpits, dashboards etc
  • Mature knowledge of and experience in the development of digital solutions and innovative products
  • Holistic and systemic concept development and disruptive thinking
  • Affinity to try out and integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in daily work
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in customer centric design processes and tools (eg design thinking)
  • Knowledge of and experience in group wide HR development processes and products including theoretical concepts and trends
  • Academic degree preferably in Psychology/Sociology/Neuroscience/Business administration/economics
  • Preferably managerial experience, minimum of experience as project lead
  • Very good understanding of the provider market and trends in change management, learning and development
  • Excellent skills in working with virtual collaboration tools
  • Sound facilitation, training and moderation skills for in person settings and for virtual settings
  • Excellent skills in communication and organization, experience in presenting on top management level
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Storytelling skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Sound negotiation skills, assertiveness, and persuasion
  • Experience in international collaboration
  • Sound English and German language skills (C2 level)
