The opportunity💡 The positionAs part of the Customer Experience Department, Consultant’s team is based in Paris and support customers in their transformation project.⭐ Your missions

• 🚀 Framing transformation projects with our customers
• 🚀 Organise the various projects assigned to you
• 🚀 Diagnose existing practices and advise on the most effective uses for improved collaboration and productivity
• 🚀 Accelerate the adoption of new uses
• 🚀 Co-construct with each customer use cases tailored to their context, organisation and challenges
• 🚀 Participate in Klaxoon events
• 🚀 Provide qualitative and quantitative reporting on each assignment

🎯 Your profileWith a 5-year degree, you have at least 3 years’ professional experience in change management consulting/coaching/facilitation or project management.You are recognised for your ability to listen, your ability to teach, your strength of conviction and your excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to adapt to a multi-project, international environment with high stakes and high added value.You are naturally curious, creative and enthusiastic. You are said to be organised and curious.You are fluent in English.You will be required to travel in France and abroad.‍🎁 What we offer
