• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate trade terms and funding in alignment with category strategies.
• Manage key events like product launches, price changes, and trade term breaches.
• Develop and implement customer and joint business plans with internal teams.
• Create and execute promotional plans, ensuring customer alignment.
• Oversee investments, ensuring agreements are documented.
• Work with trading executives on promotion administration.
• Manage new product launches and ensure smooth in-store activations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 years of relevant account management experience is required
• Experience with managing accounts at a National level is advantageous
• Strong commercial background with exposure to P&L management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience in leading and developing direct reports is a plus, but not essential

Additional Information:

• Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
• A full driving license is essential.
• Regular attendance at the Dublin office is expected.
