**Please ensure you download, save and read the Job Specification. **Location of Post:There is currently one permanent vacancy available in the Regional HR Function for Dublin and South East.Initially this position will be located in the Iveagh Building, The Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18./ │ Foirgneamh Uíbh Eachach, Páirc Charraig Mhaighin, Carraig Mhaighin, Baile Átha Cliath 18.Post holders will be required to attend meetings within the Health Region and with colleagues in other Health Regions and nationally, as requiredA panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for HR Manager, Grade VIII from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.Purpose of the Post:The Human Resources Manager Grade VIII will have key working relationships with Service Managers and HR colleagues within the Health Region, National HR and Health Business Services in delivery of the objectives of the role.The post holder is responsible for the delivery and implementation of a range of generalist HR services within Dublin and South East and the provision of advice and guidance on HR and ER issues in order to support the achievement of its business objectives.Providing guidance on the Regional HR strategy and policy direction and governance on people related matters to influence, monitor and support the changing structure and workforce with a focus on change management, leadership and development support.Provide HR support and guidance in the delivery of the people and organisational strategy in line with government policy and the Health Services People Strategy to ensure the orderly and integrated development of services consistently across the Region.
