Italian Chef
Salary: $45,000 USD net per year + performance-based bonus
Location: India – Relocation package provided

Are you an experienced Italian CHEF and are you looking to relocate to India? Then, this is a great opportunity for you!

A fast-growing Italian restaurant chain in India is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small kitchen team when needed, providing training, supervision, and motivation to maintain consistency, portion control, hygiene, and quality standards.
Manage food preparation and production across our kitchens and central kitchen, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery to all restaurant locations.
Collaborate with management to develop and introduce new dishes to enhance our menu.
Work closely with the Head Chef and management to uphold culinary excellence and streamline kitchen operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Cook/Chef ( leadership experience is a plus ).
Culinary diploma from a recognized institution is an advantage.
Strong expertise in Italian cuisine.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
A hands-on approach to kitchen operations is essential.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
