Set in a beautiful Cornish countryside location, the restaurant sits within a family-run vineyard and winery surrounded by vines, orchards, and rolling views. It s a genuinely special place to cook, create and grow.

The kitchen is led by a passion for seasonal, seafood-driven cooking , serving a refined small plates menu that showcases the best produce Cornwall has to offer. Fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, alongside carefully sourced meat and seasonal ingredients.

The Chef de Partie will take responsibility for a section in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.
Key responsibilities Running and managing a section during busy service Preparing and cooking seafood, meat and seasonal small plates Working closely with local fishermen and suppliers Maintaining consistency, presentation and attention to detail Supporting senior chefs and contributing to smooth service Upholding excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation What s on offer £29,000 starting salary £8,000 £10,000 annual service charge (paid monthly) Weekly cash tips Year-round, stable employment 5-day working week (Tuesday Sunday rota) Opportunity to work with outstanding Cornish produce A well-respected, award-winning kitchen environment About you Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up Passion for seasonal cooking and seafood-led menus Calm, organised and reliable under pressure Strong team player with good communication skills Eager to develop in a quality-focused kitchen
