We’re partnering with an award-winning hotel renowned for its elegant seasonal menus and self-sufficient estate. This is a rare chance for a Chef de Partie to craft à la carte dishes, afternoon tea, and events in a kitchen that values sustainability and excellence.

The Restaurant:

* Classic French fine dining with hyper-local, estate-grown produce
* 60-80 covers + private events
* Stunning countryside setting with onsite accommodation available
* Structured 48-hour weeks + paid overtime

The Ideal Chef de Partie:

* Passionate about classic French techniques and seasonal ingredients
* Experience in high-end kitchens (fine dining/hotel background preferred)
* Positive attitude, ambition, and a team-player mindset
* Driver (due to rural location)
