Missions principales du poste:
Les missions principales du chef de Produit sont d’adapter et mettre en œuvre les stratégies marketing définies par le groupe Mattel. Vous serez l’expert local des marques et des catégories qui vous seront confiées. Vous devez assurer une mise en œuvre efficace et créative des plans marketing en travaillant étroitement avec les agences, les équipes marketing et marketing opérationnel ainsi que les équipes licences et commerciales.
Poste en CDD de 6 mois dans le cadre d’un remplacement.
Principales responsabilités :
Le périmètre de ce poste inclut la France et l’Espagne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing locales, régionales et mondiales afin d’identifier les synergies, les best practices ainsi que les opportunités pour maximiser les stratégies au niveau local et développer les marques.
- Assurer l’analyse concurrentielle et le suivi d’activité, afin d’identifier les opportunités de croissance sur le marché.
- Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des besoins des consommateurs locaux afin de définir des plans marketing adaptés.
- Leader le forecasting des ventes en collaboration avec les équipes sales et la supply chain.
- Participer à la définition des budgets A&P par postes : RP locaux – Evénements – Achats médias – Adaptations locales – Placement de contenu – Initiatives locales – Caritatif & Sponsoring
- Assurer le suivi des investissements marketing et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires en en fonction de l’évolution du business pour sécuriser la profitabilité des marques.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements commercial et marketing opérationnel ainsi qu’avec les prestataires locaux afin de favoriser les ventes, la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et l’acquisition de parts de marché
- Présenter les nouvelles gammes de produits ainsi que les plans marketing aux clients et à l’équipe de ventes
- Développer des partenariats avec les ayants droit afin de maximiser des synergies communes.
ENGLISH
This position is responsible for adapting and implementing key marketing strategies defined by Mattel. You will be the local expert in your brand / categories ensuring effective, creative and efficient implementation of marketing plans by working with agencies, customer marketing teams, licensing and sales teams.
Scope of this position includes France & Spain
- Maintain constant communication with local BU Lead and European BM to share expertise of the local market as well as identify synergies, alignment, best practices and opportunities within the country
- Provide global and regional marketing teams with relevant insights and recommendation in order to maximize the strategy locally
- Ensure competitive Analysis and Business monitoring. Develop a thorough understanding of the local consumer needs and competitive context as a base for the local strategies and brand plan definition.
- Ensure best effective and impactful amplifications & implementations of Brand strategies and action plans in the country
- Contribute in A&P setting & monitoring by type: local PR – local events – Media buying – Local adaptations – Content Placement – Local initiatives – Charity & Sponsoring
- Make sure marketing investment are in line with the agreed Marketing Plan, updated as necessary during the financial year, based on business evolution
- Work closely with local sales, customer marketing, and local providers to drive sales, revenue and market share
- Contribute to presentations of Brand plans to local Sales Teams and key local customers
- Develop partnerships
Qualifications

Une bonne capacité d’analyse pour comprendre le marché et identifier les leviers de croissance.
- Être force de proposition pour faire avancer les choses dans une organisation matricielle internationale, grâce à votre expérience antérieure dans un contexte similaire.
- Pour atteindre vos objectifs, vous devrez être capable de fixer vos priorités, de challenger le statu quo et de réfléchir à des pistes d’amélioration.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des médias et du digital pour développer des plans marketing adaptés à nos consommateurs.
- Être agile et flexible dans une organisation matricielle internationale.
- Diplôme universitaire en économie, gestion ou tout autre domaine similaire (Licence / master etc…)
- Maîtrise courante de l’anglais et du français. L’espagnol est un plus.
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction marketing et idéalement dans une entreprise de biens de consommation (hors stage)
- Excellentes compétences Microsoft Office, et plus spécifiquement Excel.
- Bonnes connaissances médias
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des projets dans un environnement dynamique, à forte saisonnalité.
- Très bonne capacité d’analyse et de transformation en plan d’actions
- Maîtrise de la gestion du temps et des priorités

Minimum requirements
- University degree (Bachelor / Master etc…)
- Experience in a consumer goods company (e.g. food, beauty or apparel industry) is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and mainly Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluency in French and English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and process data
- Ability to work on multiple projects with priority
- Interested in digital technology
- Dynamic, organized, taking initiatives and capacity to adapt to change
