− di curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio (colazione/pranzo/cena)
− di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
− di registrare le comande, curare l’ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
− di supportare le esigenze dell’hotel nel servizio alle colazioni e in camera
− di preparare la sala per tutti i servizi richiestiInside the Poggio Rosso Restaurant or Osteria del Grigio, in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager, he takes care of:
− to take care of the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (breakfast / lunch / dinner)
− to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
− to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
− to support the needs of the hotel in the breakfast and room service
− to prepare the room for all the required servicesQualifications− Formazione alberghiera
− Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
− Una buona conoscenza dei vini
− Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati, R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
− Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working
− Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI− Hotel training
− Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
− A good knowledge of wines
− Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C and/or 4/5* hotels
− Communication and management skills, customer orientation and team working complete the profileAdditional Information·• Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Aprile- Novembre 2025) con diritto di precedenza su anno successivo)

• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione
