• Planning, Preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required time, adhering to Service Level Agreements
• Control and monitor financial performance of the unit
• Staff Management and Training
• Purchasing and inventory control
• Ensure Health, Hygiene, Food Safety Policies and record keeping in line with policies

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ chef qualification or equivalent
• Experience of catering management
• Experience of managing a team
• Computer literacy
• Experience of managing budgets
