Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Recruiter – Chef Recruitment Specialist

At COREcruitment Amsterdam , we’re growing our team! We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and multilingual Spanish-Speaking Recruiter with previous recruitment experience – ideally within hospitality or culinary roles – to specialize in chef recruitment across Europe.

About the Role

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for culinary positions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Source, screen, and interview international chef talent.
* Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Work closely with our global team to support high-profile hospitality clients.
* Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen our chef recruitment division.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluency in Spanish and English . Aditional languages are a plus
* Previous experience in recruitment (hospitality, culinary, or agency experience highly beneficial).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in the hospitality industry – especially the culinary world.
