Apply now!BeschrijvingResponsibilities: Chemist – TEMPThe organisation is specialized in various chemical processes and technological advancements. Its diverse product portfolio includes the processing and enhancement of fertilizers into new, high-quality, advanced products, serving customers worldwide!In this role, you will be involved in all stages of product development, from formulating and analyzing prototypes in the laboratory to scaling up production in collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain. You will also provide support to the agronomy team by delivering newly developed prototypes and formulations.As a member of the R&D team in Heerlen, you will report to one of the R&D managers.

• Design and conduct experiments for various controlled release fertilizer projects;
• Analyze materials and prototypes for composition and release performance;
• Support field trials, both in-house and with third-party collaborators;
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to scale up different processes and assist in scaling up experiments to full production scale.

RequirementsRequirements: Chemist – TEMP

• BSc (HLO or HTS) degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Sciences;
• Experience working in the lab;
• Prior experience in coating technology;
• A strong interest in fertilizers;
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker, independent worker, team player, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Great communication skills;
• Fluent in English.

SalarisThe Offer: Chemist – TEMPThis is a temporary position for 12 months and offers a salary between €3000 – €3500,- gross a month based on a 40-hour workweek and based on your work experience.You will work on an external contract via our organization.What will happen when you apply?
