• Remuneration: 18000 – 20000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Book purchase invoices and monitor company expenses
• Manage month-end closings
• Prepare and submit VAT declarations accurately and on time
• Organize accounting processes per local laws and corporate policies
• Prepare monthly management reports and annual financial statements (statutory & IFRS)
• Manage financial audits and provide reports to company headquarters
• Develop, monitor, and update the annual budget; manage cash flow and banking relationships
• Oversee credit control, receivables collection, and risk cases
• Perform additional duties to support smooth business operations and development
• Identify and develop process automation initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Chief Accountant, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
