NR REF.: 1191566We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our Client39s dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounting department.
• Ensure compliance with Polish accounting regulations and standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local tax laws, including VAT and CIT.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor39s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish accounting regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Expertise in VAT and CIT tax regulations.
