As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will architect and lead that transformation – shaping the technology vision, scaling digital platforms, and embedding data & AI into the heart of our business.Job DescriptionThe Team
You will report to the Chief Digital Officer and collaborate closely with high-impact teams spanning Global IT Services, Data Analytics, Business Development, AI First and application management. You will help shape and oversee the technological direction of the company.Your core responsibilities:

• Shape and drive our digital and technology strategy, aligning tech innovation with commercial goals.
• Co-lead our “AI First” transformation agenda, operationalizing advanced AI, agentic workflows, and data platforms across business lines.
• Modernize legacy IT systems, shifting toward cloud-native, modular architectures and secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Lead distributed teams across IT, development, and data, building a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive engineering culture.
• Establish DevOps and CI/CD practices to accelerate product delivery and system resilience.
• Partner with key stakeholders (including C-suite, and local business units) to define and execute technology priorities.

QualificationsTo fit this role, we look for you who has:

• A strategic, hands-on technology leader with 10+ years in senior CTO, CIO, or similar roles, with background from consultancy, scale-up or enterprises.
• Expertise in AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and emerging tech (AI/ML, DevOps, SaaS ecosystems).
• Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformations and managing distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong business mindset, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business & IT.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate or related asset-heavy industries.
