Job Summary:

Attention:

For the following jobs : Attraction Host and Custodial Host, the contract will be extended to 3 weeks (including 1 week of training from December 14th to December 20th included)

Responsibilities:

• Attractions Host/Hostess M/F:

Attraction team members can work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors. Daily responsibilities may include welcoming guests, loading and unloading attractions, operating attraction systems, presenting the adventure in different languages.

• Custodial Host/Hostess M/F:

The members of the Cleaning team can work in various places, both inside and outside. Daily responsibilities may include cleaning tables, emptying garbage cans, picking up paper, using chemicals, heavy lifting, prolonged standing, sweeping, general site cleaning, interacting with guests and answering their questions.

• Merchandise Host/Hostess M/F:

Members of the Boutiques teams have the opportunity to work in several places, both inside and outside. Daily responsibilities may include helping customers by answering their questions, providing information and responding to their special requests, operating a point-of-sale (cash register) system, handling cash, stockpiling, inventory and light cleaning.

• Quick Service Host/Hostess M/F :

Our team of Foodservices Employees works in environments where activities are carried out at a steady pace, whether at the indoor or outdoor counter. Daily responsibilities may include taking orders, operating a point-of-sale (cash register) system, handling cash, fulfilling orders, preparing food, general cleaning, storing items and maintaining inventory.

Our theme parks, hotels, Disney Village operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and working hours can start as early as 6am while others can end as late as 2am.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in French (B2) and Intermediate English (B1)
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
• Standing for 2 to 3 hours at a time
• Excellent sense of hospitality
• Ability to perform several tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
• Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to handle and resolve situations Visitor
• Receptive to special requests
• Enthusiastic about interacting with and helping the Visitors.
• Able to make independent decisions for our Visitors
• Self-directed (can perform tasks with minimal supervision)
• Eager to follow instructions and take instructions

• Can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors even in bad weather
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, holidays and special events.
• Perform all work-related duties in a friendly and cordial manner, committing to exceed customer expectations.
