Within Transportation business area, our Civil Engineering Discipline in Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager and/or Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. We work with both private and public sectors and have long-term Framework Agreements with several global corporations.Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international projects through all phases, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, leading meetings and ensuring seamless communication.
• Work closely with design managers to ensure project alignment.
• Control project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and enhance Project Performance reports and dashboards using Earned Value techniques.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve financial and business reports for Continental Europe.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 10-12 years in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years in Project Management or Design Management.
• Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Commitment: Proven dedication to Quality Control Policy and Quality Management Systems.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams effectively.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Experience working with design teams across different countries.
