We have 2 open cLEAN Partner positions at the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) site in Hillerød.The Position
As a cLEAN Partner, your primary role will be to support one of our departments in their journey towards obtaining a mature LEAN culture and leadership. Your main responsibilities will be to:Act as an ambassador for the LEAN agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the cLEAN culture at all levels within the departmentCoach leaders and employees on LEAN behaviour through use of our global good practice standards and maturity models – we believe ideal results are created through ideal behavioursSupport the implementation of robust LEAN systems, including Leader Standard Work, Process Confirmation, Visual Management, Structured Problem Solving, KATA, and Hoshin Kanri.Lead and support improvement work and problem-solving initiatives.Support the department’s implementation of strategic initiatives through HKTeach cLEAN principles through our Academy and local training eventsYou will spend a significant amount of your time on the shopfloor, working closely with leaders and employees through coaching and sparring. You will have the opportunity to quickly gain an understanding of the department’s core processes, people, challenges, and priorities.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:An academic degree in a relevant field (engineering, psychology, chemistry, production, or economics), supplemented with relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, Change Management)A solid foundation and at least 7 years of experience with the practical application of LEAN systems and tools, preferably in a production environmentStrong experience in coaching leaders and developing LEAN leadership behaviour and cultureSignificant experience in change management and helping organisations/teams cultivate a clear LEAN ambition with strong ownership and engagementFully proficiency in Danish and EnglishAs a person, you have a natural interest in people and creating lasting changes. Coaching is a very significant part of your job, which is why interest in people and behaviour change in critical for your success. You can build relations and partnerships across levels in our organization. You always focus on creating value for the business and can link our work to the primary challenges in the department. Also, you are curious about complex processes and enjoy improving them. You have excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback skills. Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and always seek sustainable solutions.About the department
At AM Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases worldwide. As a global supplier, our focus can shift quickly, and we need to make the necessary changes to meet the demand for current and new products around the world.
