We are a Group characterized by experientiality, inclusiveness, sense of belonging to a community and contamination of different meanings and worlds.Our goal is that Moncler’s social channels not only communicate our identity or our products, but that they move to meet the interests, tastes and emotions of our community and beyond.We are looking for a Full or Part Time Client Advisor to join the team in our Store in La Roca Outlet in Barcelona.The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.The Client Advisor is responsible for reaching individual results while being an example, a point of reference and a guide for reaching team targets as well. Responsabilidades:ACTIVITIES:

• Ensures an unique client experience, supporting Customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
• Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
• Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
• Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

Requisitos:MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
• Proficiency in Chinese or in another language is considered as a plus.
