Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Client Services Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.Summary of the Client Services Administrator roleSalary: £28,000
Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation, 1 day from home
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pmResponsibilities of the Client Services Administrator

• Act as the primary and sole point of contact.
• Respond to customer queries and help troubleshoot any issues they may have.
• Complaint resolution.
• Manage new and outstanding customer requests.
• Upsell and increase sales volumes.
• Deal with all publisher queries.
• B2B and B2C support and account management.

Requirements for a successful Client Services Administrator

• Experience within a similar role previously.
• Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment.
• Strong Administration skills.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent French is ideal.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
