About the role:The Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention versus business growth and development. Associates have an aligned portfolio of clients with whom they partner ensuring each client receives value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services. They surface the client’s business priorities and identify the most effective ways to support clients through their purchased Gartner services.What you will do:Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting in client satisfaction, retention, and growthIntroduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makersFacilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their Gartner membershipCollaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clientsConduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metricsWhat you will need:4+ years relevant professional and/or internship experienceProven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clientsStrong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree preferredAbility to use Dutch at a business level (speaking, reading & writing)Who are we?At Gartner, Inc.
