Our client an established Hospital in Cork wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for cardiac theatre in line with the development of the cardiothoracic service and Intensive care unit.Candidate requirements include:

• Registered general nurse
• Be on the live register with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality

Hospital
Cork

• Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practises
• Minimum of 3 years post registration clinical experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in a people management role
• Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
• Proven leadership and change management skills
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
• Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
