Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead on clinical quality, supervision and governance, ensuring that everything we deliver is safe, consistent and impactful. You will support the service to grow and evolve, mentoring practitioners, managing risk and holding high standards across the board.You will be a visible, trusted figure within your team and with our partners. You will provide clinical leadership, support whole school approaches and play a key role in developing our workforce, including trainees and supervisors. You will also contribute to audits, performance reviews and service development, acting as a catalyst for positive change.This is for leaders who believe in people.
