Job Description:

Reporting to the EMEA Senior Clinical Manager, the Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be supporting the EMEA team in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated and implemented from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical interactions with our partners/doctors.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support proactive/reactively French speaking customers in their clinical queries related to the products, throughout all the process of the patient.

  • Work in collaboration with Marketing/Education departments, to create/review clinical and scientific content.

  • Onboard doctors in both Spark and Damon Ultima products, together with lecturing in online and F2F events.

  • Validation along the Marketing and Education teams on the claims, scientific studies and publications

  • Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our EMEA doctors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/orthodontics

  • Comprehensive knowledge of orthodontics, including clear aligner systems

  • Fluent level of the French and English languages is mandatory

  • Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple Kes, doctors and business partners in EMEA region

  • Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization

  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
