Your regional responsibility: Northern – West Poland.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Plans and prioritises clinical, technical and education programmes with review and input from implantable/disposables sales in Territory while closely cooperating with other functional groups, i.e. marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education etc., consistent with the Capital Business Plan
• Provides clinical expertise support to the customers of the district/network team, both before and after usage of the device, additionally provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
• Arranges development of customer training/education programmes and prepares study materials, plans, organizes and conducts training for customers (physicians, technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the District Sales force/network team
• Conducts technical and clinical trainings for Sales force in the District, and for other cooperating teams – Spine, Cranial and Service in the country
• Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
• Supports marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and input to sales and marketing brochures
• Reports immediately and accurately all negative customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc), including conduction of Field Actions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of Neurosurgery product lines and therapies (Mazor, O-arm, Stealth S8 Navigation, Midas, Osteocool, neuromodulation & spine)
• Fluency in English and Polish
• At least 3 years’ experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital operation room environment
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of good judgment and demonstrated integrity and respect of peers/subordinates
