We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_THE ROLE:As a Cloud/Networking Specialist, you’ll bring your knowledge and expertise of the market and industry, and focus on acquiring new customers, mainly across the Financial Services, Service Provider and High-Tech Verticals, however we are open to your preferred vertical.The ideal candidate possesses both a technical sales background and a strong Business Development and also Strategic Alliance’s acumen, that enable them to drive an engagement at the CTO, CIO and senior level business makers across the business. They should be prepared to develop, be accountable for, and execute against a clear plan to consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.This position is an individual contributor position, where you will be supported by a Sales Engineer and a fantastic team spanning product marketing and lead generation to ensure you have all the tools and insights you need to sell the AMD Pensando Networking portfolio across the EMEA UKI, ME and France region.THE PERSON:Does this sound like you? • Fluent English speaker (required); Fluent French speaker (a plus)
• Self-starter who can demonstrate development, growth and expansion of a business area.
• Prepared to develop, be accountable for and execute against a clear plan to consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
• A successful track record of selling a highly technical product to Enterprises and SP’s, Including large multi-divisional/multinational companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop your GTM strategy to sell the AMD Pensando and its Alliance Partners portfolio to customers across the EMEA UKI, MEA and France region
• Effectively and independently deliver the AMD Pensando company story, value proposition, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue and market share in the assigned market
• Directly prospect into list of priority accounts
• Develop and maintain account plans for the key, strategic opportunities
• Work closely with AMD’s Alliance partners in the region to plan and execute demand generation activities in the assigned market
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, sales campaign/meetings, negotiation close, account management
• Develop the Eco System in the region: Scale the Business with and through Alliance Partners and channels strategically
• Be accountable for driving business, and meeting or exceeding quota goals and MBO’s
• Work closely with the key stakeholders across AMD including Client Services, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales to ensure the regional efforts are aligned and executed.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven technology (Cloud/Networking/Security preferred) related sales or business development experience with senior leadership and C-level executives across Technology & Business Development, with a proven track record of success selling into the EMEA UKI, ME and France region.
• Experience selling Networking services is highly desired
• Strong network of contacts across the EMEA UKI, ME and France region, both at end customers and partners/channels, in key verticals such as Financial Services and High-Tech
• Ideally Direct Sales and Channel/Strategic Alliances experience
• Experience developing, leading and executing growth of customers and teams is preferable.
• French language skills is an advantage
