What you will do

AI Automation

-Proactively identify automation opportunities across all operational workflows
-Design and implement automation solutions.
 

Infrastructure Monitoring, Compliance & Deployment Management

-Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless service operationalization from development to production
-Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions with real-time alerting and observability
-Maintain strict license compliance verification for all provisioned services
-Lead up-front planning, scheduling, and deployment of releases to production environments following ITIL change management framework.
 

Process management

-Design processes aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
-Develop comprehensive adoption strategies with stakeholder engagement, training programs, and success metrics
-Monitor process effectiveness through KPIs and analytics
-Continuously optimize workflows through feedback analysis and iterative improvements to ensure consistent achievement of business goals and operational efficiency.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

– Strong coding skills (Python)

 – Experience with AI-Powered automation

 – Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

 – Experience with REST APIs and microservices

 – Strong ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments

 – Confident communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

 – Commitment to staying updated with latest technologies and industry best practices

 – Process-oriented person who seeks for the most efficient solutions

 – Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities

 – Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
