Cluster Residence Manager

Location: Gran Canaria | Salary: A‚¬40,000 – A‚¬50,000 per year

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for managing multiple properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Cluster Residence Manager to oversee the operations of multiple accommodations within a hospitality company.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in service and guest satisfaction.
* Oversee and support on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
* Ensure the smooth coordination of property maintenance and guest services.
* Trav el between locations to ensure effective management and support.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally overseeing multiple properties.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with teams and guests.
* Flexibility to travel regularly between locations as required.
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Communicate German is a must
