Don’t worry, if you think you have the right credentials to be the co-founder of our next startup, please read here below!We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to become the Co-Founder of a new SaaS startup in the accounting automation industry.This solution adds value by significantly saving time for those handling accounting within a company, as well as for the entire team that often supports administrative roles in retrieving and managing this information.We offer a validated business idea, a proven operating model, a dedicated team of experts, and access to capital and investors.Our approach is different from incubators and accelerators: we are co-founders of all our initiatives, we do not select already formed startups. We are a partner in the project and we build it together!The co-founder’s investment is mainly in terms of time, energy and expertise. The financial capital that supports the startup comes from existing and new investors, and the co-founder will definitely play a central role in the fundraising activity, not excluding the possibility of direct participation.Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices right away, having the opportunity to actively participate in the success of our startups and achievement of our mission.Must have:

• Entrepreneurial mindset: open to risk, master of anxiety management
• 7+ years of experience in digital roles
• Middle or Top Manager in your current or past company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Open minded, multicultural approach and adaptable to change
• Proactivity and willingness to experiment with curiosity
• Fluent English

Bonus points:

• Previous experience in a startup environment as Founder/Co-founder
• Experience on digital products, preferably SaaS
• Having an investors or/and tech network
