Your main tasks:

• Assist in managing the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members.
• Support sourcing for passive candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards
• Help screen, interview, and onboard internal and external talents for various functional areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to write attractive job advertisements.
• React in a timely manner to challenges in the recruitment lifecycle and cooperate with hiring managers to resolve potential roadblocks.
• Actively promote global talent attraction diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practices.
• Support key Global TA initiatives and projects.
• Attend and support career events and conferences as needed.

Your ideal background:

• Very good English
• Communicative German or French.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced international environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.

ROLE STATEMENT:
To support in daily operations EMEA Talent Attraction Team at least 20 hours per week.
