College Nurse (part-time)

We have a vacancy for a qualified First Level Nurse in General or Adult Nursing. Sharing the role with another qualified nurse, the post-holders are responsible for providing a comprehensive and effective service to meet the health care needs of the College’s students.

This will include the daily surgeries for students who are ill, injured or who need someone to talk to in confidence about a health problem as well as the organisation and administration of the Health & Welfare Centre in College.  

Broad post-registration experience is essential with Practice, A&E or mental health nursing experience being desirable. An ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by this age group is essential. Previous College experience would be desirable.

Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS will be required.
