How can You develop yourself daily?

• Be the decision-maker: At Bayer Hungary, we entrust you with the responsibility of steering the financial processes related to commercial agreements.
• Dive into data input and maintenance: Success lies in the details, and here, details like price updates play a crucial role. Enhance your precision and streamline the processes!
• Calculate prices and manage retroactive discounts: There are ample opportunities for growth in the financial aspects. Create price calculations and ensure accuracy in all figures!
• It’s All in Your Hands! You can track processes, handle negotiations, and oversee refunds.
• Daily close collaboration: You’ll closely collaborate daily with internal teams and national and cluster-level teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce, and Marketing.

• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• A proven track record with 3 years of Finance experience.
• An assertive presence with persuasive communication skills.
• A meticulous work ethic and unwavering commitment to deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
• Any additional language (Spanish, French etc) is advantage

It’s a plus:

• If you are familiar with SAP / similar programs.
