We are searching for a Commercial & Agricultural Property Solicitor to join this well established leading legal 500 law firm.Job description:You must be 5-10 years PQE+ to take on this senior residential property position. You will have flexible working options, multiple strong company benefits and a very supportive working environment.Role Responsibilities:

• Running your own files and working closely with other individuals within the commercial and agricultural property team
• Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and tenancies.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents relating to land and property.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-10 years PQE+
• Strong interpersonal skills together with confidence when dealing with clients
• Have an in-depth understanding of commercial property work
