We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst profile to pave growth for our Merchant Solutions organization.As Commercial Analyst you will combine analytical ability with business acumen to work across the organization and drive insights that power our business growth.Join a dynamic team where commercial success and strategic growth are at the heart of what we do.The Commercial Management team operates as a strategic support function for sales organizations and drives market success for new products and propositions. The team delivers go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, sales performance enablement, and data-driven insights and decision support. You will join a collaborative team where opportunities for mentorship and constructive sparring are available to support your personal and professional growth.You will own specific responsibilities within the team and towards stakeholdersAs Commercial Analyst you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and project execution. You will be empowered to drive your own analytical work while also supporting cross-functional projects. Sales, as your key stakeholder, will lean on your data analysis and insights to optimize performance and growth. Commercial Management team members will benefit from your support with data-driven insights that inform project plans and outcomes.Qualifications

• You ideally have a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business administration
• Significant and solid experience working in an analysis position in a commercial organization
• Drive results with a comprehensive analysis approach and with close attention to detail
• Ability to drive recommendation and scoping of our action plans independently
• You can influence decision-makers through a structured and fact-based approach
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written is a requirement.
