Location: KentI am currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of projects from the Purchase Order stage through to final delivery, invoicing, and payment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth project delivery, while managing a team of professionals, fostering business development, and ensuring operational excellence.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales and Proposals teams on major projects to understand project costs, design specifications, and customer requirements
• Support and guide the project team from bid/quote clarification phase through to job handover upon receipt of orders.
• Oversee and manage the workloads of the Project Management team
• Ensure all necessary documentation, drawings, designs, work instructions, cost amendments, and invoicing are created and delivered for the successful completion of projects
• Act as the formal point of contact for clients, addressing queries, issues, complaints, and changes. Resolve potential issues that could delay projects or affect profitability
• Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on project progress and financial health

What We’re Looking For:

• Commercial/Contracts background dealing with the full cycle from purchase order stage through to invoicing and payment
• Background in the HVAC industry
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven background in manufacturing and project execution
