General Manager – Austria

Location: Vienna, Austria
Salary: A‚¬100,000 + performance bonus

An exciting opportunity to join a global flexible workspace and business solutions company in a newly created senior leadership role. Due to continued growth, the business is now looking for an experienced commercial leader to take full ownership of country performance, operations, and expansion strategy.

As a General manager, you will be the most senior leader in the country, responsible for driving revenue growth, occupancy, operational performance, and team leadership across a nationwide portfolio of locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong commercial instincts with operational leadership and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the country P&L and overall business performance
* Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and commercial performance across all locations
* Lead and develop multi-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer experience
* Ensure centres operate efficiently with strong service delivery and sales execution
* Partner closely with leadership teams to deliver growth and expansion plans
* Use KPIs and data-driven insights to improve performance and identify opportunities
* Build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and external stakeholders
* Act as the key leadership presence across the country portfolio

Requirements

* Strong commercial leadership background with a proven track record of driving growth
* Experience leading large teams within sales, operations, hospitality, retail, real estate, or service-led businesses
* B2B or solution-selling experience highly preferred
* Strategic yet hands-on management style with strong operational awareness
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ambitious, resilient, and performance-driven personality
* Fluent English and German required
